    <description>&lt;p&gt;American ISPs are not that good. Rather expensive for less services and not as dynamic and innovation oriented as Free or Neuf.&lt;br /&gt;
But I get your point, even if french ISPs are good, they can still improve.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
