And their site is the same stupid things.</p> <h2>eBay</h2> <p>I did not blogged on eBay sellers selling <a href="http://www.jbkempf.com/blog/tag/VLC%20media%20player">VLC media player</a> exe for $1, because this was not really a copyright infringement. And boring.</p> <h2>other sites</h2> <p>And we had a few GPL infringer, but a mail turned them down. So not really some interesting things to say.</p> <h3><a href="http://www.jbkempf.com/blog/tag/NETLINK%20INVESTMENTS">NETLINK INVESTMENTS</a> and <a href="http://www.jbkempf.com/blog/tag/IPTV%20BROADCAST%20LTD.">IPTV BROADCAST LTD.</a></h3> <p>But those ones are doing it at another level. German and Spanish...</p> <h2>Google sponsored links</h2> <p>So, now some new forgery have been reported. The site seems to be yet another download site like on that screenshot:</p> <p><img src="http://www.jbkempf.com/~jb/vlc/violation/VLC-violation-es-site.jpeg" alt="" /></p> <p>But when you install it, it ask you to send overtaxed SMS, as you can see it here:</p> <p><img src="http://www.jbkempf.com/~jb/vlc/violation/VLC-violation-install-es.jpeg" alt="" /></p> <p>Do I need to say that the license are not shown and the site policy is against our copyright ?</p> <h2>German IPTV BROADCAST LTD.</h2> <p>But, this was just the beginning, the IPTV site copied our Website:</p> <p><img src="http://www.jbkempf.com/~jb/vlc/violation/VLC-violation-de-site.jpeg" alt="" />.</p> <p>It is just like a phishing site!</p> <p>But still, I install it. It starts with to display a stupid and dangerous <a href="http://www.jbkempf.com/~jb/vlc/violation/iptv-license.txt" hreflang="en">license</a> that warns you they are going to install adwares and banners in your system at the same time as VLC media player.</p> <p>Those guys are infringing our site copyright and are using VLC media player to install crap on their systems.
