    <description>&lt;p&gt;I suspect that Real's loss in marketshare has more to do with Microsoft's Windows Media Player, with its own streaming video codec, being pre-installed on the PCs of most users (while those of us using Linux are willing to jump through hoops to by coming up with things like VLC/Mplayer/Xine/etc).&lt;/p&gt;</description>
