I have problems with compiling the x264.

I have yasm installed:

type yasm
yasm is a tracked alias for /usr/bin/yasm

Well, it depends on what C++ compiler is on the Haiku.

It seems that Haiku has gcc4, so to me, the port can be updated.

Typical GTK+ trolls. This has been rehashed so many times....

BTW, Qt can now render using the GTK+ styles. As in whatever the hell GTK+ is using as a widget style Qt will take that look on.

KDE, by virtue of using Qt. Can also have its applications look like GTK+ apps now.

After much trial and error I had to copy the ffmpeg folder from my 7.10 install to 8.04. Then I was able to compile vlc.

However, 'make' returns the following output:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lvlccore
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status

Hi, I am having a little trouble understanding how to do this. I have a 13" Macbook running leopard and have tried to install windows xp pro sp2 using the bootcamp program but after windows has installed and my mac reboots I try to boot into windows and it comes up with error some file missing or something. I had figured out how to get around this by installing a fresh tiger and then running bootcamp on that and windows worked fine. All had to do was update into leopard and the windows partition remained, but now I want to install ubuntu and windows??
